Meet Frank

Hi, I’m Frank Graf (he/him) — the educator and guide behind Elevated Pathways Learning. With over ten years of classroom experience and a strong foundation in hands-on, progressive education, I bring a thoughtful, personalized approach to every student I work with. In addition to Elevated Pathways Learning, I am also a lead teacher at the Montessori School of Evergreen, where I see daily how the Montessori method helps children master core concepts, build true confidence, and stay curious about learning.

My own experience as a student in a nature-based, independent school taught me early on how powerful it is when kids can explore at their own pace with the right support. That insight shapes how I teach today: partnering with families to understand each child’s strengths and needs, designing sessions that reinforce strong foundations, and helping students build the independence they need to thrive — in school and wherever life takes them next.

  • Certified Montessori Elementary Teacher (Grades 1–6), trained at the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies
